Bio – Dr. Andrew Pipe

Dr. Andrew Pipe has made an extraordinary contribution to Canadian basketball through more than 25 years of service as team physician for the Canadian Senior Men’s National Team. Since beginning in the role in 1978, he supported the program across multiple Olympic Games, FIBA World Championships, and international qualifying tournaments, providing consistent leadership in athlete care at the highest level.
Pipe’s impact extended far beyond his medical responsibilities. Widely respected and trusted by players, coaches, and staff, he was an integral member of the national team environment and was known for his commitment to the program’s collective success.
